Customer Service Opening Hours

Dear customers,

please note that our services will be closed from Thursday 21 December 2023 up to and including Monday 1 January 2024.

We will reopen on Tuesday, 2 January 2024. 

The final dispatch of goods will take place on Wednesday, 20 December 2023. 

Therefore, orders on our online shop will only be accepted until Tuesday, 19 December 2023 at 17:00. You can still place your orders through our online shop or by e-mail during the Christmas and New Year period. 

However, please note that orders will only be processed and dispatched starting from Tuesday, 2nd January 2024. 

We kindly request your understanding in that this may cause prolonged waiting and delivery times of up to 10 working days.
