Food slicer sinus1 – A stylish multislicer
This food slicer made of metal is both versatile and smart-looking.
The suspended metal construction with integrated, elegant floor panel made of glass allows the sliced food, cut into appetizing slices, to be laid down directly onto plates and dishes. The food slicer’s floor panel is made of high-quality, shatterproof glass and gives the slicer an elegant touch.
The blade made of stainless steel has been polished electrolytically by a special procedure, resulting in an extremely smooth surface and even slicing edge. Thus, the slicing results get even more precise and the blade may be cleaned more easily.
The slice thickness can be adjusted continuously up to approx. 20 mm. The detachable carriage allows to also cut off larger pieces of food.
Food slicer sinus1 is driven by a 65 W eco motor, at 20 % reduced power consumption but 50 % increased engine efficiency compared to the previous model.
The suspended construction allows convenient and easy cleaning.

Slice thickness continuously adjustable
Food can be cut and prepared very easily into even slices using the food slicer sinus1, as the slicing thickness can be precisely adjusted from wafer-thin to approx. 20 mm as required.
Circular blade
The serrated circular blade, made from stainless steel, ensures the perfect "slice". It is well suited for all kinds of slicing. Both hard and soft food may be cut into appetizing slices.
Circular blade lock
Thus, the circular blade can easily be removed for cleaning with no additional tools thanks to a convenient bayonet lock.
Safety switch for intermittent and continuous operation
Two operating modes are available. For short operation, the switch is pressed and pushed forward to the resistor. The circular blade runs as long as the switch remains pressed in this position. For continuous operation, the switch is pressed and pushed beyond the resistor until it engages. The circular blade runs in this operating mode without the switch being held down, until the switch is returned to the "0" position.
Powerful eco motor
The power is here! The food slicer sinus1 is driven by a 65 W eco motor which is 20 % more economical and just the same 50 % more powerful than the previous model. The use of this energy-saving motor makes a positive contribution to environmental protection.
