Customer satisfaction is one of the most important foundations for any company, because satisfied customers recommend products to their acquaintances and remain loyal customers. The principle of customer satisfaction is also deeply rooted in our company. The market research institute ServiceValue, in cooperation with DEUTSCHLAND TEST, has now addressed this issue for the second time in the form of the "Customer Satisfaction" study.
The online study included approximately 310,000 customer assessments of 1,449 companies and providers from 96 sectors. In order to create comparability, the customer satisfaction index (KZI) was used, which enables the measurement of experience-related assessments. ritterwerk is far above the overall average of the industry and was thus awarded a "High Customer Satisfaction".
