The built-in multislicer BFS 72 SR made of full metal provides for more stability and top slicing results. The electrolytically polished serrated blade with bayonet quick-acting lock for blade removal without tool slices even more precisely.
The two-finger switch-on system increases safety.

Circular blade electropolished
The circular blade made of stainless steel has been polished electrolytically by a special procedure, resulting in an extremely smooth surface and even slicing edge. Thus, the slicing results get even more precise and the circular blade may be cleaned more easily.
Circular blade lock
Thus, the blade can easily be removed for cleaning with no additional tools thanks to a convenient bayonet quick-acting lock.
Powerful eco motor
The power is here! The built-in food slicer BFS 72 SR is driven by a 65 W eco motor which is 20 % more economical and just the same 50 % more powerful than the previous model. The use of this energy-saving motor makes a positive contribution to environmental protection.
